We'll look at what's important so that you can then implement them at home and prepare yourselves for the title.
Of course you can book this course also if you're not yet sure if you want to work towarts the title.

Needed equipment: 5-6 FlexBlox (mats are recommended but optional)

FlexBloxing is a form of dog fitness training that mainly uses the versatile and variable FlexBlox platforms from Flexiness®.

When performing the prescribed FlexBlox routines, particular attention is paid to your correct posture and movement in order to target the right muscles. A full-body workout that is not only fun, but can also be made simple and varied with the sturdy, square FlexBlox to improve muscle strength, fitness, coordination, communication and the bond between dog and handler.

FlexBloxing is a training concept that is suitable for dogs of all ages, breeds and fitness levels. It is an advantage if the dog already has knowledge of the basic dog fitness exercises (basic positions). But of course these can also be created with the FlexBlox.

The FlexBlox platforms can be easily clicked together and stacked so that they can be quickly and effortlessly adapted to the dog (size, level) and the exercise in question. For advanced teams, combinations with other Flexiness® equipment (StackingBar, TwinDisc…) are also possible to make training even more versatile and challenging.

And because a normal program is not enough for us, we also offer the whole thing as a championship program!
Depending on the level, you and your dog(s) can win different titles by correctly executing predefined routines/choreographies.
